- Production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, specifications, colors, and sizing before production.
- Eco Stich is not liable for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- Any additional customization requests after approval may result in extra charges.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.
5. Custom Products
As all products are manufactured according to customer specifications:
- Minor variations in color, size, fabric texture, or print placement may occur.
- Such variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.
- Custom-made products cannot be resold by Eco Stich and are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Eco Stich is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
7. Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of the designs, logos, and artwork they provide.
- By submitting artwork, customers confirm they possess all necessary rights and permissions.
- Customers agree to indemnify Eco Stich against any claims related to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products:
- Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or order errors caused by Eco Stich.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Approved refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued at Eco Stich’s discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Eco Stich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
